Dr. Noelle Ibrahim brings over two decades of experience designing advanced algorithms and guiding enterprise strategy across banking, risk, and emerging technologies. As an Industry Consultant and Associate Partner with IBM Quantum, she led quantum readiness and proof-of-concept initiatives for global organizations, translating technical feasibility into executive-level decision frameworks, measurable outcomes, and governed delivery pathways. Her professional background spans derivatives pricing and trading at JPMorgan Chase, enterprise strategy and corporate risk advisory at McKinsey & Company, and quantitative risk modeling and strategic transformation initiatives at BMO and PwC, alongside prior entrepreneurial ventures. She integrates rigorous technical insight with economically disciplined business judgment, ensuring innovation advances with clarity, accountability, and measurable results. She began her career in quantum physics, studying Quantum Optics and Condensed Matter during her Master’s degree at the University of Toronto and completing a PhD in Quantum Materials Simulation at Columbia University.

Robert Loredo brings over two decades of experience architecting and commercializing advanced technology systems across mobility, blockchain, artificial intelligence, space technologies, and quantum computing. He has consistently translated complex technical concepts into scalable, market-ready products and enterprise-grade architectures. In the quantum domain, he has led global education and strategy initiatives, mentoring and training more than 1,000 IBM Quantum ambassadors worldwide while developing comprehensive cross-industry curricula for enterprise, government, and academic institutions. His work spans product architecture, large-scale ecosystem development, and technical program leadership, bridging research innovation with real-world implementation. He is the author of two technical books on quantum computing and holds over 300 patents across multiple technology domains
NIcolas Robles
Dr. Nicolas Robles is a mathematician and technology strategist with deep expertise in quantum computing, quantitative finance, and technology policy. He has led research and advisory work on quantum technologies for defense, national security, infrastructure resilience, and dual-use risk frameworks, contributing to innovation policy and post-quantum preparedness strategies. Previously, he served as a Quantum Computational Scientist at IBM Quantum, developing variational quantum algorithms and finance-focused applications for enterprise clients . He brings over a decade of experience in quantitative finance across global banks in London, Zurich, and Chicago, with expertise in derivatives pricing, fixed income, and equity modeling. Dr. Robles holds a PhD in Number Theory from the University of Zurich, an MAST in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College London, and has held prior academic appointments in mathematics.
